- Mediterranean Pasta Salad- seriously try this!!!!
- Grapes
- ff feta plain
Dinner:
- Coffee w/ ff milk (long day and on the run!)
Snack:
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Austin's cheese on cheese crackers (3 WPA)
Workout: 10 lb. arm exercises, 400 situps
Daily WPA used: 6
Weekly WPA used: 14
