Breakfast:
  • Core carrot bread

Lunch:

  • 2 chocolate eggs (2 WPA), 2 robbin's eggs (1 WPA)
  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad- seriously try this!!!!
  • Grapes
  • ff feta plain

Dinner:

  • Coffee w/ ff milk (long day and on the run!)

Snack:

  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • Austin's cheese on cheese crackers (3 WPA)

Workout: 10 lb. arm exercises, 400 situps

Daily WPA used: 6

Weekly WPA used: 14
